/What Is Your Refund Policy?

We treat all refunds on a case by case basis. If your product is defective or incorrect and you want to apply for a credit please contact us at support@mailorder-marijuana.ca. You must notify us of your intent to return the product within one week after receipt. If you have consumed more than a sampling of the product we will deduct the portion consumed from the refund. Please note that all credits will take 3-5 days to process and we do not cover shipping costs for the returned product.
