To place an order, you must be over 19 years of age. With every order you will be required to include a photo or scan of a piece of photo ID with the following:

  • Your birth date, which shows that you are currently over 19 years old
  • Your mailing address, which matches the mailing address for your account on our site.
  • Your name, which matches the name for the account on our site.

Once your order is placed, you will receive information on how to send your payment. Please note that if you are not over 19 years of age, or your ID is not valid for any reason, we will cancel your order and refund your money. Once we confirm that you are over 19 years old and that your payment has been received, we will process your order.

We know that discretion is important. We vacuum seal your weed products for freshness and bubble wrap for maximum protection. We use generic prepaid Canada Post Xpress envelopes to package your marijuana products and ensure there is no writing that would identify or advertise the contents.

Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. Email us at orders@mailorder-marijuana.ca and we will confirm the cancellation. Then place your new order.

Your order will ship one day after your E-transfer has been received and confirmed. All orders and payment received by 12:00pm will be shipped the next business day. Sorry, we only ship within Canada

Here is our step by step process:

Add to Cart

Locate the products you are interested in, choose the quantities and add them to your cart.

Checkout

Click on the checkout button, review your order to ensure everything is right and add in the discount code if you have one. Click next and login if you have an existing account or have purchased from us before. If you haven’t logged in before now is the time to create an account.

Creating an Account

Here you will need to provide your shipping address, choose a password and provide proof of your age. You can send your proof of age through our handy form or via email. The name and address on the ID must match with the delivery address. Click on the “Create an Account” button and provide a unique user name and password.

Purchase as a Guest.

Here you will need to provide your shipping address, choose a password and provide proof of your age. You can send your proof of age through our handy form or via email. The name and address on the ID must match with the delivery address, and the ID must show that you are over 19 years of age.

Payment Instructions

On the “Check-out Confirmation” page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Check out our handy video tutorial here on how to send your Interac payment. Once your payment has been received we will send you an email confirming receipt of your payment.

Yes, we have a customer representative available that you can communicate with by email or chat. Our hours of operation are from 8:00am to 10:00pm Vancouver time and we can usually respond immediately or within an hour or two of your request.
