We email you the tracking number before the package is scanned by Canada Post. The correct tracking number should show up within 6-24 hours.
Typically there are two possible scenarios that could have occurred:
- The postal worker delivered to the wrong mailbox due to an incorrect address or human error.
- The most common challenge is the postal worker will scan all of his packages saying they were “successfully delivered” and then spend the next day or two delivering them. If you did not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date please contact us and we will start a trace.
If you don’t get your package two days after the expected delivery date, contact us at email@example.com. We will then immediately start a trace with Canada Post. The Canada Post trace can take up to 5 business days.
